What an amazing achievement!

My "Tiny Planet-sur-Seine" series has received a Gold Winner Award in Fine Art / Cityscape Category at the 2022 NY New York Photography Awards.

With submissions numbering more than 3500 entries from over 50 countries worldwide, the NY New York Photography Awards is an International Competition catered to professional, amateur, and student photographers on a global level.

I feel honored, proud, and humbled in receiving the 2022 Gold New York Awards Statuette.

Winning at the 2022 NY New York Photography Awards confirms that my work is validated by the best, and it’s a testimony of accomplishment in my career as an Artist.

2022 NY NEW YORK PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS GOLD STATUETTE

Inspired by Galatea, a statue carved of ivory coming to life, the statuette is shaped in the form of a female humanoid, with elements that strongly affirms its futuristic presence.

Given the name of “Ava”, a variation of Eve, this statuette symbolizes the encapsulated image of an ideogram that has remained resilient throughout the years. Similar to that, we recognize that photographers are able to transcend time through their images, narrating the same tale for years to come. The design of the statuette is aimed to invoke a sense of eternal permanence with its pristine, ivory humanoid, along with its golden or silver embellishments, communicating a sense of chronological transference that images bestow.
